Don Bosco Youth Centre is the perfect place for a stress-free, safe, happy environment for your young person to celebrate their big day surrounded by friends and family!

Times
  • The available timeslots for birthday party bookings are:
    5:30 pm - 7:30 pm (Tuesday through to Sunday) 
    11:30 am - 1:30 Pm (Weekends)
  • 7:45pm - 9:45pm (Saturday and Sunday)
  • The Host Family (ONLY) may arrive 15 minutes beforehand to set up
Price
  • All sessions are $260
  • A non-refundable deposit of $80 is required to secure your booking
Ages
  • Our birthday parties are best suited to young people aged between 6-13 years old
Requirements
  • Our staff party supervisor will supervise the trampolines. The general supervision of children is the RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS (Ratio: 1 Adult to 7 Children)
     
  • TRAMPOLINES: please TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES and only ONE AT A TIME.
     
  • Please eat and drink ONLY IN THE FOYER AREA (not in the playing areas).
     
  • Before leaving, please clean tables and sweep and mop the kitchenette and eating area.
     
  • You need to take your rubbish home (please bring a couple of large garbage bags).
  • Number of Children attending: 30 maximum
     
  • Number of Adults attending: 20 maximum
     
  • We ask you to “Cut the Cake” at least ½ an hour before the end of the Party. This makes it a lot easier for your guests to leave when the Party time is over.
     
  • Your receipt is your confirmation of booking. PLEASE, NO NEED TO PHONE TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING.
     
  • Host Family (ONLY) may arrive 15 minutes before start of party to set up.
Booking
  • Fill in the Birthday Party Request form. You will then receive an e-mail or phone call to confirm your tentative booking if it is available, otherwise we will negotiate a nearby timeslot. At this stage an $80 (non-refundable) deposit is required.

  • You can ring the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Brunswick (03-9386-7563) any day from Tuesday to Sunday, and speak with Fr Jan Walenciej to make a tentative booking. You will then have 7 DAYS to come to the Don Bosco Youth Centre, Brunswick to fill in the Birthday Booking Form and pay the Deposit.
